Description
The Iberian country loin (50% RI) is made in an artisanal and natural way, with two pieces per pig that are marinated, stuffed and matured with a light touch of oak wood smoke in natural drying rooms. Its unique and delicate flavor is due to the infiltration of fat from the acorn, and its marble appearance ranges from bright colors such as purple to pink.
Thanks to its excellent meat, homogeneous texture and pleasant aroma, Iberian pork loin is considered one of the most noble pieces of international charcuterie.
